Questions founders ask before booking
How do I know the price won't change mid-project?
Fixed price, fixed scope, agreed in writing before anything starts. If you want to add something new, we scope it separately. No surprise invoices.
Who owns the code after the project?
You do. Fully. Code, data, infrastructure access, all yours from day one. No lock-in, no proprietary stack you can't take elsewhere.
I've been burned by a developer before. How is this different?
You talk directly to the person building, not an account manager. Fixed price means I'm incentivised to ship fast, not drag it out. You can verify everything I've built is live before we start.
What if my idea isn't clear enough yet?
That's what the first call is for. If I can't scope it clearly, I'll tell you and point you to what you need to get there first. I don't take projects I can't deliver.
What happens after the build is done?
You get everything documented and handed over clean. If you want ongoing support, we can discuss a retainer. If not, you walk away with a working product you fully own.
How fast can you actually build?
Most projects take 2-4 weeks depending on scope. ImprovementOS, a full AI iOS app, took 10 days. Speed comes from scoping tightly upfront, not rushing execution.
